Even if it does somewhat work for some people they're not going to reach their goals fully and in any reasonable time line.

I didn't know anything about this...but I've got to say that it is ridiculous. Now there are certain parts that I see as beneficial, but for the most part it's crazy. Just another way for someone to make a lot of money. Not really going to help anyone, I don't think, but a pretty inventive way to make some money.

I've been reading on the site for a bit and I think there are some good ideas behind this. The best thing I think they are doing is trying to get rid of the overweight problem in America. Granted their methods are a little weird, but I kinda like the idea. The jury is still out for me, but I'm a big fan of the in your face method of getting fat people to live healthier lifestyles.
