I'm currently only on MC's IGF and no other substances but I usually don't drink very much because of the lifestyle... that being said we had a poker night the other night and ended up putting more than a few beers away. I had done some big squats earlier in the day and had gotten all of my supps and meals in earlier as well. I woke up the next day feeling like shit and expecting to look like shit when I looked in the mirror but to my surprise I was quite a bit more ripped than usual. After finally "waking up" I realized how dehydrated I was and that I had basically lost a lot of water weight from drinking. Funny but this has never happened to me before, anyone else ever experience anything like this?
