OK, so I banged my very drunk girlfriend and then after she passed out, went back downstairs, talked shit to another girl named "Jennifer" and ended up fucking her in the next room! Hairiest muff I've ever seen, I had to pull out the hedge trimmers on that bitch!

I just get obnoxious sometimes on my cheat days. Cheat day for me is sunday. My normal routine (assuming I'm lifting on sunday) is to drink 50g of whey protein when I get up, then go for about a 4 mile walk. Come home, drink more protein and eat some complex carbs, or maybe eat a stack of high protein pancakes. Then it's off to the gym to do arms... When I get home (around noon), that's when all hell breaks loose. Drink more protein, eat a couple handfulls of nerds , and a package of fun fruits. Shower, then it's off to a mexican restaraunt for lunch. Pig out on chips and salsa, then some chicken fajitas (I eat half and take half home). Grab an atomic fireball to eat on the ride home. A little while after I get home, and for the rest of the day, pretty much everything I can cram into my mouth goes in. I try and stop eating carbs around 8pm.

BTW, when I'm bulking like I am now, I don't go nearly as overboard on sundays, because I'm not terribly strict the rest of the week.

I am like a woman on my cheat days. I eat bread and lots of it. For some reason I cant get enough toast or crackers.

I'm from Philly-cheat day includes BUT is not limited to cheese steak with double meat and double cheese followed up by a double thick black/white milkshake.....ahhhhhh

Sunday's is Breakfast- Pancakes,Eggs and bacon with toast
protein shake around 10
Lunch is usually a large Pizza or a large Calzone
protein shake around 3
Dinner is usually Lasagne with a side of meatballs or Chickem parm
usually have ice cream or a shake add in protein for snack around 9pm.

2 egg mcmuffins with sausage ,whole steak sub , two (cardboard) pizzas 3 packs of oodles of noodles and others that I can't remember offhand...

Sweet story Bass.......every young mans fantasy! My best cheating story was sleeping with my girlfriend and 3 other girls in a 18 hour span. Or the time I cheated on my GF with the "new girl" in town 7 times in one nite. I was such a slut!

I went on an all day bar hopping adventure complete with big greasy cheese burgers, fried chicked fingers, french fries and lots and lots draft guiness that started at 12:00am and ended at 1:00am.

That was a big deal fro me cause my diet is real tight most of the time.

whew, speaking of cheat, this morning I had 3 egg mcmufins and a bacon/egg/chz biscuit followed by 2 twix bars for breakfast...lunch was good, but for dinner I ate two meals...an order of shrimp fried rice and a Gen Tso's chicken w/rice and 2 egg rolls...oh, and washed it down with 4 beers and 2 double Grand Marniers...man, can you say bloated?

you guys are all missing out. you gotta try brazilian rodizio. basiclly you get a plate a buffet of shit like salads,rice beans,vinagrete,fries, fried banans etc. and they bring various types of meat hot of a rotissere. various cuts of steak, chicken wraped in bacon,grilled fish, sausage, pork loin. various seasoning too. garlic steak is one of my fav. they just keep on piling it on till you can't hang any more
