I'm 5'10" and I work out 5 days a week. I don't do any cardio (I know, I know) and lift constantly. I'm a whopping 238 pounds with about 18.5% body fat. My buddy got me to do a building cycle with him. He's really the brains behind the stuff but here's what I'm doing:
Weeks 1-5 35 mg D-bol
Weeks 3-6 2 cc's of Test and 2 cc's of EQ (one's 200 the other 250?)
Weeks 6-10 2.5 cc's of Test and 2 cc's of EQ
Running Nolvadex throughout cycle.
I'm going to start week 6 on Monday and I've already gained 20 pounds. I've noticed a concederable increase in streanth.
I want to esentually lose 23 pounds of fat and gain 20 pounds of muscle. That's my ultimate goal. My question is how do I do that?
I plan to run a cutting cycle in February (10 weeks). I was planning on some fina, EQ - and perhaps some winnies to kick start. I plan on hitting the cardio hard, and I mean real hard after my current cycle is up (three days a week: sprints and long distance). With a guess, how many cycles until I reach my goal (5'10" 235lbs 10%bf) if I keep going bulking, cutting, bulking, cutting and so on? Also, can you suggest what I should do differently (in terms of diet/gear/training)?
Lastly, my diet. I try for each day:
300 grams protein
2500 calories
130 carbs.
