i would like to find out if there is there some way to do it right where u dont look like a freak. the problem with most of these people is that they are lacking the rest of the physique to go with there 26 inch arms... im sure someone who is already built wont look like such a freak when they add another inch or two to there arms.and im curious it is real muscle, does it really stay with you.

What you see there is not muscle. It's a combination of sterile (hopefully) abscesses, inflammation, and scar tissue. I'm curious as to what they are really using as it isn't a quality SEO like syntherol. That would be several thousands of dollars. SEO's can be done properly and successfully. When I tore my pec 10 years ago I went batshit crazy on my legs including a solid run of syntherol in my calves. I got them to 20", but eventually they came down. As poor as my calves are, they are substantially better thanks to the syntherol. It was near 1k in syntherol and it was only possible due to all the pain pills I was prescribed. That's why you rarely see deformed syntherol calves.
Syntherol doesn't give you growth, it allows you to achieve more growth as long as you don't allow scar tissue to form. It's a serious program with alot of effort required to do it right. Those idiots are weak deformities and would require invasive surgery to look decent. Those muscles are for all intents and purposes destroyed. Scar tissue and abscesses will actually destroy and interfere with the contractile functions of muscle.
