haha I am having some trouble right now, lots of stress, getting school shit done, juggling 3 possible job opportunities, off season for like 2 months, and today even the 80s seemed a little heavy on incline db press =(

how does someone juggle possible opportunities, lmao, thats a new one on me lol
 
I like to visualize myself lifting heavier than last weeks workout, take three scoops of a pre-workout and put on the iPhone and go crush weights!!!

Explosion by PN is great, I didn't realize that it had niacin in it the first time I used it and when I got the flush feeling I learned very quickly
 
Not sure if anyone has seen these videos on youtube but they help keep me motivated. Search for zhashni bodybuilding, there are a few videos by him and some of the suggested links are pretty good aswel.
