Sounds like tendonitis to me. I haven't been able to do skullcrushers very often because I get the same thing. You'll have to take time off the exercises that exacerbate it for it to heal.

I had the same thing b2s...I took some time off and it's feeling really good right now! Sucks to hear, but try not doing any skullcrushers for awhile and see if it gets better. That allowed me to keep working out for awhile, but eventually it got to where it hurt way to bad.

me too, sorry to say but I''ve had it happen myself and ANY tricep work brings it back... right now I'm thankful that it hasn't been bothering me for a few months now but I'm still hesitant to train tri's, I've been hoping that benching and shoulder work are hitting them enough to help them get stronger without another injury. If you can't see a Doc, I've gone for accupressure and/or accupuncture. I've got a bud who's a chiro who I've seen for a reasonable price too and that helped tremendously

You will probley find any pressing excercise bopthers it but any direct triceps excercise will aggrevate teh hell out of it. I had to do ice, heat mosit heat 2-3 times a day for over a month before it felt better. Ohh yea my legs and back never better and I only trained my upper body to maintain shape.

I used glucosomine, chondrotin along with bromilean to speed the healing.. It takes time to heal but you have to stop aggravating it when you train. Train around teh injury and you will heal faster, If you try to train through the injury you will make it worse I promise you that...

Heal fast, train smart and rest well

There are certain exercises that I've done that I believe has helped to strengthen the tendons and not aggravate the condition. Any exercise that is similar in kinetics to dips, taking care not to go too low has helped me a lot.

good luck and get well soon bro, you're going to need both arms to hold that little baby that's coming, up over your head and announce he/she to the gods!

I gotta heal too. Anyone who can recommend a workout routine for thosae of us trying to heal from tendonitis? Preciate it bros...
