#1. Overhead (Plate) Tricep Ext - 5x10

Targeting my core, lower back, glutes and tricep muscles.

Jayne you are the GOAT! Nobody puts together better workouts. This is a tough one on the arms.
 
Everybody loves to build big arms, but nobody wants to put in the hours and the time. So I'm glad you're posting this. This is a good one.
