My sister is a figure model and ill let u in on some tips she tells me. she is a fitness chick and has entered figure contests. She weight trains 3 times a week and does an hour of cardio a day. She has her own split. But what i find intriguing is that she mentioned some thing about keeping her neck nice and long. She does not work out her traps. So listen up ladies, no shrugs or any other movements that work the traps. Though you ladies might think of this next time u work out shoulders. Its nice to see a toned lady but not one with out a neck, ya know.......leave that up to us guys
