Titans.to is a complete scammer. They have definitely gone rogue. I used to use them for about a year. They were pretty good, and then recently they turned evil. They are now ripping people off and sending them fake products. They're also not completing orders like they'll send you only half your order and then claim that they sent the whole thing. This has happened to me and multiple people that I know.
