Whats everyone doing for tris?
I no longer have a traditional bench so I cant do close grip bench any more.
I also really liked reverse wide grip bench. totally killed the tris for me
 
I do almost all cables with different attachments. I also use the Hammer dip machine. I don't believe that heavy free weights are necessary to build size once you have a good base. I'm more concerned with focusing on the muscle and avoiding injury
 
I love dips with 25s on quads. I usually work my way up to a stack of 5 or 6 then drop set it all tge way down. I also like 2 arm kickbacks, overhead dbell ext and reverse grip pressdowns.
 
I do close grip, kickbacks, an overhead ext, pulldowns, dips. Not all of them in the same workout, but that's what I do
 
I like using cables myself.. I use medium weight 4 high reps works the best 4 me...
