presser posted something like this, so its a variation of it.

Try taking a curl bar, or straight bar, put it on a preacher bench.

put a 5lbs on one side, nothing on the other.

put your right hand on the center of the bar and curl it while trying to keep the bar level. do as many as you can, flip the bar to the other side, put your left hand on the center of the bar. Now curl with the left arm. You should have worked the same head on both arms.

Now with the weight on the other side, work your right arm again and then left arm.

This should work both heads on both arms.
 
I don't get it, it sounds like the worst most awkward exrecise one could possibly do to train their bis?
