My friend got some and said I had to try it. So I used 1 scoop. Hot damn! Actually overtrained that day. I did build up a tolerance to 2 scoops pretty quickly (4 workouts) but any higher and I felt odd.
Now my friend gets really itchy when he takes it. Dude is constantly scratching and rubbing his face plus whatever area he is working out. Other than that, no problem for him either.
Neither of us got the shits, which is odd for me. Normally any new supplement it is hell on Earth for a day or two for me.
For $28, worth it!
