How many of you believe in incorporating unilateral movements to keep balance between body parts? I've recently began doing single leg movements for this reason. First off, I use much less than half the weight I could do with two legs. This pretty much tells me I'm using much more than just my legs in these double leg movements, like my hips and back in squats and leg presses. My single leg strength has shot up pretty high since then and I've actually reduced a little knee pain I've been living with for so long. Anyone else doin this shit?
