Too bad I didn't read the forum earlier as well. Cops are not welcome to search your home without a warrant (and it is harder to get a warrant than you guys think). If you welcome a cop in your home she/he may search. If you open the door and they see something that makes you seem a threat they may come in.

Best thing I can offer all of you is never let a cop search (unless you have time, b/c that will look good on you). If she/he does anyways and you find she/he had no real reason and she/he does find something...it can not and will not be held against you in court.

Hope this helps in the future!

And that guy beating his wife. If you can talk some sense into her she should call the cops and get the heck out of that situation. No woman or man should suffer through beatings. Live in girlfriends and boyfriends are not protected under the domestic violence law, so, she really needs to contact the police.

Well the guy not only beats his wife, he doesn't fight without a gun or a weapon of any kid. Also, he never pays child support to his ex wife. A real scumbag. He will at times buy weed over food for his wife. She is an idiot also; smoking and doing pot while pregnant. These people are not playing with a full deck.

As far as my trip to Dallas I am here on business so no partying. They put me in a suite, rented me a 2006 Mustang and pay for all my meals so I am happy.

Thank you for all the support. There is a lot of class on this board.

Time for this model employee to go to bed. All you can eat breakfast in the morning.

Take care and happy holidays MC!

Also, this guy is telling the cop I have cocaine and other drugs in the house. Can't I sue this clown for defammation and slander. I am moving my supps out and would love for them to search and find nothing.

Hey Bill. I'm not sure on civial cases, but many lawyers will tell you if lawsuit will work in your case. And if you sue, you only pay the lawyer a percentage of what you win. If you do not win the case over, than you pay nothing. It is worth checking into.

I have been on domestic stops before where a neighbor is trying their darndest to get the other in trouble. The best advice I can give you is keep your nose clean and call the cops only when needed; not to "get back". After awhile, your neighbor is going to listed on the departments "ain't gonna do crap for you" list.

Then the police that come over will only come over for routine. They will shoot the breeze with you and leave. And whenever you need them they will be on your side like they are for another cop. Good luck! =)
