Really interested in trying MOTS-C. I'm looking to get the benefits in the mitochondria. I've read a lot about this. Do you think I should start at 1 mg 3 times a week and then gradually start increasing it until I get to 3 mg 3 times a week maximum or should I start at a lower dosage?

1mg start 1x/week at least
 
motsC is a good one. I see a lot of people using it now. It's supposed to really hit your mitochondria and boost your energy throughout the day.
 
mots-C It's definitely coming on strong. A lot of people like to stack peptides with it. You can stack any peptide with it and it works really well.
 
Bros, from what I've seen, 1-3 mg, 3-4 times a week. Try it in the morning. See how you react to it then go from there.
 
A good starting dose is 1 mg 3 times a week. Of course you can always increase it if you feel the need but I would dose it in the morning.
 
Yes definitely go morning because it can give you some crazy energy. You may not be able to sleep on it especially if you're new to it.
