Its true. I wouldnt believe it, but i work with a guy who survived cancer and his doctors only gave him 6 months to live. Its been 2 years now. All of his meals come from veggies and fruit. I think he said he has rice and beans as well, but thats about it.

His Doctor believes that our food today is toxic. That eventually it reduces your immune system. In this state, your immune system cant fight cancer, so it clumps the cancer cells together.

So, I've started myself. bought a juicer and started making my own juice out of veggies n fruit. I have about a weeks worth of veggies in one glass of juice. Its pretty impressive. Not sure how ill add in my protein requirements, i guess i could always just add in protein powder.

When im off my cycle, Id also like to try their body cleans diet. Its basically what these cancer survivors are doing. for 120 days.

YES!!!! There is an incredible documentary about this very thing. It's called 'The Gerson Miracle'. It details how Dr. Max Gerson cured many terminally ill patients with nutrition. Veg/fruit juices were an integral part of this therapy as were coffee enemas. The purpose of the coffee enema is to aid the liver in removing the toxic substances from your body. This kind of therapy will liberate MANY toxins and it can be overwhelming for your liver, this is where the coffee enema comes in.

Here is a link for the DVD. If you're savvy, you should be able to find it for free elsewhere.

What kind of juicer did you get? My wife and I have a Breville, it's pretty nice but I want a cold press juicer. I've got my eye on this one :)

Here's a scary fact. It is ILLEGAL to treat cancer with anything other than surgery, radiation or chemotherapy in the United States. Now why do you think that is?

I really expected some people here to give me a hard time about this. Im glad you guys are receptive. Im just experimenting, you know?? I had a very time getting below 10% body fat, my energy level sucks, my skin color sucked, my hair was growing weird...like all scraggly, I still have (white)..not grey, (white) hair growing everywhere, my joints seemed to always be sore, and my blood pressure was up. This is after 10 years of using gear.

At first i wanted to use the juicer to add more vitamins into my diet. I mean, i used to buy a head of broccoli for the week, or asparagus and thing wow! im eating healthy. Ummm....now, that all goes into one drink...lol.

Im new at this (day 2). So, im trying to really judge based on my personal performance. I went all day yesterday with only juiced veggies and fruit (its important to alternate one hour apart). Its no big deal, specially if you've ever done a serious carb diet. Anyways... Im going to continue with no protein suppliments and see what happens. So far... I busted my ass doing back and bis yesterday and im not sore today. (i should be). I have a lot more energy! i used to drink a pot of coffee to get through the day, then id use no-explode or something to get though my workouts. Last night, i had to force myself to sleep... I only had 2 cups of coffee yesterday.... and a long ass day.

To answer you question crg, Its a jack lalaine juicer. I bought it at costco for 89 dollars. I am amazed by the performace (it goes through carrots like butter) its quiet, and easy to clean.

the only thing thats a pain in the ass is how many veggies you have to buy. I might have to invest in a garden....lol.

That's awesome bro, I'm glad to hear it working well for you. Our juicer sucks to clean, that's the only real drawback. And yeah, it is amazing how many veggies you go through, lol. Definitely worth it though.

thats cool i wouldnt be able to afford all the damn veggies to make that much juice lol. Neat info though, i need more veggies in my diet for sure.

Now when you get a coffee enema, do you take it black, or add cream and sugar?

My juicer was the same way, but I still used it all the time until I broke it. That's certainly one thing I miss
