who's been using this post workout? I had this morning after my cardio and it was horrible... how are you guys using it? how much and what are you mixing with?
I should be getting mine in next week with some bcaas. I plan to use 2 scoops of wm pwo with a scoop of bcaa's. Then about 30 min later I'm going to drink a protein shake.
man the BCAA and glutamine mix was really the worst and I think that's what did me in.
How much WM do you mix into the 20oz/ I'm not a big cyrstal light purchaser but I may just mix it with some of the BSL flavors or some lemon juice or something

I agree with DB006- I use it offseason religiously. It does not taste bad at all.
I have always used the Vitargo brand but have always heard positives from the True Protein brand since it has come out.
I wouldnt do without it now. It eliminates almost all the bloat I used to get with post workout carbs/shake. I am starving an hour later, where as I used to have a hard time getting that meal in because of the bloat.
