Wasabi Peas good for bulking?

I bought a pack of these because I hadn't had them in forever and I LOVE them. While I was eating them I was looking at the nutrition facts.

Serving Size 30g (1/3 cup)
Servings 9

Calories 125
Fat 2.4 (Saturated 1g)
Carbs 28 (Fiber 3g, Sugar 2g)
Protein 5g

Per bag that's
Calories 1125
Fat 21.6
Carbs 252
Protein 45g

Ingredients (Green Peas, Corn Starch, Wheat Flour, Rice Flour, Sugar, Salt, Palm Oil, Vegetarian Wasabi Seasoning)

I can easily kill a bag of these by munching on them throughout the day and it not effect my appetite at all. Seems like an easy way to add some decent calories without much trouble.

What do you guys think?

The sodium is high 270g per serving, 2430g per bag. That's your daily allowance right there. That is a down side. If the rest of your diet is fairly sodium free it would balance it out.
 
I like these things to but i broke a tooth on one not long ago,lol, fuckers are hard!
