does any body know of foods to eat, or supplements to take to thin a persons skin?

i am naturally a very thick skinned guy. the lowest i have ever had my body fat is around 8 percent, but still if i wasnt in the gym working out i looked as if i were still holding alot of water and looked smooth. id like to see alot more veins in my upper body, the only place im really vascular is from the waist down (quads, calfs).

any tips fellas?
 
Im right there with you. I tend to hold a lot of water as well. Sodium, fat, im sure your already cutting carbs and not drinking. You should be drinking a shit load of water.
 
i do bro, i drink water up until i go to sleep, i wake up two to three times a night to take a piss. i drink mininum 5-6 liters a day. i dont like eating alot of fish either. i cut sodium as much as i can. i eat alot of carbs, could that be it?

i eat 4-500g of carbs. coming from sweet potatos and beans and regular potatos.
 
Definitely lay off milk if you drink it. Milk will give you "bear skin" lol. That shit makes your skin so thick it's unreal. Diuretics and a ton of water always helped me get vascularity.
 
Diretics? unless i were getting ready for a contest i shouldnt even worry about it, ya think? idk i just would like to see alittle more veins up top, i have a homie who messes with my brain i guess, he is rediculously vascular even relaxed. guess i got alittle envy going on.
 
i drink lots of water, im always trying to put on more weight. as far as milk goes i never touch the stuff, im lactose intalerant like a mofo.
ill bring the stink drinking milk.
