First off, you guys that do DC training...how many days a week do you workout?
Im currently training 3 days a week with BigA's protocol and like it very much. I guess its somewhat similar to DC. Either way, the volume is very low by most standards. But I was wondering if anyone does a typical 3 day split, but workouts only TWO days a week?
By this I mean.
Week 1: 1. legs/calves 2. chest/delt/tri
week 2: 1. back/bi 2. legs/calves
week 3: 1. chest/delt/tri 2. back/bi
etc.
Anyone tried this? is the volume too low? I really do respond well to low volume. im an ectomorph and dont really think I recover slowly, but results while training tell me differently. i.e. I work out less, but gain better.
