What goals have you guys set for yourself next year ?

My goals, is to hit a solid 265-275 this offseason. Make top 5 at Master Nationals or Master North Americans. Im considering Jr.Nationals to, but it is in June, and that would be only 28 weeks away as of this week. So, I might not hit that show this year. But, anything is possiable...

250 lbs and win both the shows I plan on doing. Then Jr. Nats in 2013.

My goals are to start hitting the gym pain free and crushing the weights again, I would like to lose a solid 20lbs and sit at a nice and lean 265lbs.

But most importantly is i want to be pain free from my neck/back injury

TBH my first goal is to get into the gym again.....i took the entire 2011 year off from training and focused on school....i think i know better now how to manage school, job (i have to get one next semester), and training.....after that depending on finances I might do either the Badger State in Oct or go to greensboro and do Quincy's Elite Classic in Nov......my bodyweight is sitting at the same weight i was last year when i dieted down from 210 to 175.....thank god for muscle memory......

Hey cany knock ya for taking time off for school brutha, get that education!!!! the weights willa lways be there and like u said u will find a way to implement some gym time.

I'd like to hit 185-190 by the end of next year. I've got a good game plan lined up, buying a full cow which will help me with getting plenty of meat in, I'm getting a raise at work so I'll have more money for better quality foods and I'm actually going to stick to a diet rather than just eat whatever whenever. I think if I eat by the clock again I'll be far better

To win my class at the Jr. USA. Hopefully can be a huge heavyweight. Would love to weigh in right at 225lbs.

bro there is no way you will be under 235lbs (unless you plan on losing muscle) Your to big and lean at 280lbs right now to be dropping down to heavyweights. I would up your goals, and aim very, very high...you have that potential to do that...So go out there and KILL them at JR.USA...:bber:

well I would just hate to be a small super heavy, but we will see.

bro, even at 230lbs with the condition you come in, you wont be small ...trust me...honeslty, with your legs the way they are, staying big would be better, cause you would hold more fullness in them. I personally believe if you come down to far you will lose muscle, and that would be in the legs cause they are your weak point (people always lose mass first in there weak point) Get as ripped as possiable, dont worry about weight. Even if you are on the lighter end of the super's your conditioning in that show (Jr.USA or even JR.Nats) would shine ...you will be winning that show...Aim high, HIGH...Keep your goals HIGH...aim for the sky...dont look back..you have the potential to be a pro...
