I've had some issues at work recently. They've continued to escalate. It's now to the point where my supervisor won't come near me without someone with him. He's a liar and a spineless slug. He's trying to target me for his own gain. It's gotten to the point where I can't look at him. I can't go near a place where he may be because I'm truly afraid of what I may do. I've already confronted him face to face and man to man and told him that I think he is a spineless slug, a liar, and a pathetic sack of useless shit and that I have no respect for him. I am trying to be reassigned to another supervisor, but each day it seems to get worse. I'm going back to my therapist to see what he can do. I'm the friendliest, most laid back person in the world, but this guy is unreal. Any advice is welcome.

Keep taking it up the chain of command. Either that or start looking for a new job. As doors close news ones open.

Go lose it on somthing else. Save it for training sessions. Go destroy somthing that you wont get in trouble for. Act out the copier scene from Office Space. Tell everyone you know outside of work how bad the guy is. Talk about it, vent. Dont let it build up to anything more than verbal confrontations or he wins. Hell buddy, start writing down the things you disslike about him. Sound like good reading. Find an outlet.

I know that this happens all the time in the job place and it sucks. I dont know if you want to go this route with your HR dept but with work harassment as long as its un-provoked and you are doing everything right and your employeer isnt helping no matter how much you complain you can have a legal case against them for work harassment. Just document everything. The stuff they do and the stuff you do.

I know it isn't the best thing to do based on your physical size, but take some kind of boxing lessons or kickboxing. Just something that gets you to hit or kick something or buy yourself a heavy bag and just do it at home. I know I've spent hours on a heavy bag before when I was so mad I was about to cry lol. It helps and I felt great afterwards. I had to learn the hard way to not just pounce on someone so this has alleviated a lot of undue stress for me. You'll be surprised how nice your shoulders will burn after hitting it for 30-45 minutes too

I keep repeating "Serentity Now" "Serentity Now" lmao . I learned it from the Seinfeld show, lol, Georges dad would always say it,lol

I got transferred. It's not the best solution, but I'm away from him. I also. Brought the situation to his supervisors attention. I just try to avoid any area where I may run into him.
