I'm aiming to do a show in June and start dieting in April. Will be my first show. I want to do The Mr GA but was hoping for a smaller show maybe first. My cousin will be competing at the GA for the 2nd time. Anyway i'm sure you've saw this but just seeing what you guys think. . . haven't been on the board in a long time. my stats at this time is 5 11" , 220lbs, appx 13 to 15 percent bf, the las couple months not dieting STRICT however not missin meals or my protein macros and jus been on 500mg test per week , kick started it with 50mg dbol a day for 3 weeks. example of diet now. .
8am 5 whole eggs, 2 servings oats, banana
11am 50g prot shake, 60 gram waxymaize carboline shake
12am train
1pm carboline shake 60g, bout tem min later 50g prot
230pm two chicken breasts appx 4 oz each, serving rice
530pm protein bar or shake whatever is packd with me for the day
930pm two tilapia filets, serving green beans
another shake before bed.
I know Ill have to do the two a day cardio sessions. . or im assuming, , 45min in morn 45 min in evening and clean up my diet a little more skip on the whole eggs and replace some bars abd shakes with foods. . as for 16 weeker before contest what you think?
Weeks 1-14: 1cc test prop100, tren75, masteron every other day
Weeks 1-14: 2iu per day HGH (first time with growth)
Weeks 2-16: 1ml Anastrozole per day
Weeks 7-16: 400mg Primobolan Depot pw
Weeks 13-16:50mg Win per day
Weeks 15-16:Mast100 Every other day
Weeks 16: 20mg Halotest per day
Weeks 15-16: 50mg Aldactone or some type diuretic per day
Also any changes you feel i should or could make now please let me know.
my training split now is
mon shoulders/traps/ bis
tues legs
wed off
thursday back/tris/calves
fri chest
sat bis/tris
sun back / calves
really trying to bring back calves and arms up.
