I'm aiming to do a show in June and start dieting in April. Will be my first show. I want to do The Mr GA but was hoping for a smaller show maybe first. My cousin will be competing at the GA for the 2nd time. Anyway i'm sure you've saw this but just seeing what you guys think. . . haven't been on the board in a long time. my stats at this time is 5 11" , 220lbs, appx 13 to 15 percent bf, the las couple months not dieting STRICT however not missin meals or my protein macros and jus been on 500mg test per week , kick started it with 50mg dbol a day for 3 weeks. example of diet now. .

8am 5 whole eggs, 2 servings oats, banana

11am 50g prot shake, 60 gram waxymaize carboline shake

12am train

1pm carboline shake 60g, bout tem min later 50g prot

230pm two chicken breasts appx 4 oz each, serving rice

530pm protein bar or shake whatever is packd with me for the day

930pm two tilapia filets, serving green beans

another shake before bed.

I know Ill have to do the two a day cardio sessions. . or im assuming, , 45min in morn 45 min in evening and clean up my diet a little more skip on the whole eggs and replace some bars abd shakes with foods. . as for 16 weeker before contest what you think?

Weeks 1-14: 1cc test prop100, tren75, masteron every other day
Weeks 1-14: 2iu per day HGH (first time with growth)
Weeks 2-16: 1ml Anastrozole per day
Weeks 7-16: 400mg Primobolan Depot pw
Weeks 13-16:50mg Win per day
Weeks 15-16:Mast100 Every other day
Weeks 16: 20mg Halotest per day
Weeks 15-16: 50mg Aldactone or some type diuretic per day

Also any changes you feel i should or could make now please let me know.

my training split now is

mon shoulders/traps/ bis
tues legs
wed off
thursday back/tris/calves
fri chest
sat bis/tris
sun back / calves

really trying to bring back calves and arms up.

First, you are eating way to clean for offseason, unless you are fat. Which brings me to Second, throw those BF% out the window. 9 times out of 10, they are way off! Third, post a pic and so we can help you figure out how many weeks you may need to diet.

My advice also will be, if this is your first show then just do novice and novice only, unless you look really good!

pretty much agree with Nuk...the other thing I noticed is I wouldnt worry about running test prop/tren/masteron the whole way there...I would still do the longer acting test, basic anabolic's and a good oral to start out with..for the first 8 weeks...I believe there is alot of good growth, the first half of any diet...but that is just my opinion...
 
I agree with Nuk. Your diet seems a little too clean at this point. Also it's your first show and you may be doing the novice, you don't need all those drugs. Test prop, a good anabolic with little aromatization and an AI. A little diazide and most importantly someone to continuously look at you and adjust your diet and cardio. It's not a one man thing.
 
I'll surely do novice and novice only! LOL I'll try to get some pics taken ths week and post them. Last year this time i weighed 25o. I was using a gram of test a week to a gram and a half and eating very shitty.. . high calorie. fast food whatever you name it. during summer months with diet, prop, clen, t3 cardio i got down to around 195. well this year since doin show iwas gonna try not to eat so shitty. so try to keep somewhat clean no cardio for now no clen or t3. and trying just 500 grams of test.

so, you say to strict. . put on fat? i just hate the bloat , the water, of course i was stronger, bigger, fatter, and not lean now by any means but still a lot less to lose. anyway, i want to learn i want advice i want to know. so, how would you change my diet now? my test now? of any gear now? growth? insulin? never done growth or insulin. I've done gear for ten years or so and tried all kind stacks bulk and cut. my best of course is test test test and anything i add on is on top of test. anyway i'm open for all advice ready to grow more. i know whatever muscle i have when dieting is goone be all i got and hope to maintain. iknowim talking so much just excited! you guys will be my only help!
 
I love IGF. I allowed me to reach levels I never imagined. I also follow a DC style training methodology where everytime I do an exercise I use more weight or more reps... Always. Calorie dense foods Deca and Test.
There's 2 things that you should become very familiar with as fast as possible and implement them. DC training and IGF.
 
maybe you should hire someone to help you ...Nuk or I, or even Dude could help you out..but honestly there is millions of good on line trainers or maybe even a good one in your area...I forgot where you live...I was thinking florida ? anyway, if you hire someone it takes all the guess work out ...Just an option
 
I'd say that 8 weeks of dieting won't be long enough, but like everyone else has already said, we'd need pics to adjust certain things. You'd probably be further ahead to almost double what you're eating now to put on some size for now and then diet down once you get to the time to start
