I think your all sandbagging here.... I had a nice squat till I tore my ham. Luckly, it was just a muscle tear and only took 6 weeks to heal... Took about that long for the black and blue to go away as well.

Anyway, strech!! and warm up! I was jerking the 500lbs, cause I thought I was the shit back then and then ***POP*** so dont be a jerk... lol.
 
Yeah normal, I was doing a machine squat my freshman year of HS and I was doing weight that the seniors were all coming over to look at me (full stack, forgot how much). They called the coach over and he was like, "You're doing it wrong" then he touched my back and ********POP******* I tore my mid back out. It took 8 molnths to even walk without pain. Good thing I was yound.

I was lifting with my back.
