Which do you prefer? Are you stronger with one versus the other?
I have gone from a regular stance to a really wide, and am liking it. Can tell my inner quads are filling out, plus they are sore there also, which they never were before.
I normally go a little bit wider than arm pit width. I haven't really played with foot position on squats. Maybe I'll have to switch it up and see how that hits for me.
