stumpy just let the cat out of the bag on this one, lol! It's not the fat content, because skim is fat-free. It's the lactose that kills you. Even though lactose is a lower-GI sugar, it still carries 4 calories per gram. There are 13 grams of sugar in a cup of milk. For those of you who drink a gallon/day, you're consuming 208 grams of sugar which equates to 832 useless calories per day. You'd be much better off getting those calories from brown rice, yams, nuts, quality MRP's, etc.
You not the only one bro. I drink only skim usually but i always drink at least a gallon a day although i am cutting now so i will not be drinking much.
