Ive been using Gnc stuff but I have used animal in the past. What are you guys using?

Gaspari Nutrition's ANAVITE !!

By far the best Multi-V out there.. for the same price as any regular multi-v(which it contains the exact amount of pretty much every other multi-v) it also contains beta-alanine and L-Carnitine.

It's not one of those gimmicks that MOST companies in the supplement industry try and portray.. in fact..i find Gaspari's products to be of top-level.. their protein not only delicious but ALSO very rewarding as far as the fact of barely and carbs/fats which makes it great for both bulking and cutting phases...

go anavite.. you'll never go back.. the energy levels it gives you is awesome !!

couple it with JACK3D pre-workout.. AND U should be g2g !!

How does one judge REALLY how good a multi-v is? I have tried probably 20 different brands in my day.. and it's not like I took it and BLEW UP or lost more fat than the other or gained more muscle... I think they all do the same thing.. and when it comes down to choice.. PRICE is just the factor..

for me.. The Price of the Anavite by GasNut is 2 bucks cheaper a month than ON's multi-v.. and I CAN ACTUALLY FEEL A discernible difference from when I take them and another kind of multi-v..

It's not like I am sponsored by them or anything and it's not like I am paid to say this stuff.. but.. honestly i am basing my opinion SOLELY on Price Ratio vs. Product inside the tabs vs. dosing vs. Plausible outcome...

Anavite just says it and does it all.. it's 3 supplements in 1 for cheaper than the most widely used multi-v (Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Men) for aspiring bodybuilders/fitness peeps/ and everyone else who enjoys the pleasures of burning fat and building muscle..

Just sayin'... :)

Where do you get it so cheap from?

The cheapest I've seen Anavite is $30 a bottle. I get ON for $20 a bottle. Both last 2 months. If you can show me where I can get Anavite for $20 a bottle or less I will gladly give it a try! :)

Right now, I'm eating 4 Flintstone's vitamins with Choline every day. I like the way they taste. :) No, I'm not bullshitting.

I've been using AST-SS's Multi-Pro 32X since '02 when I started. Don't know why I stay loyal to them, but I believe it's a quality product.

i used to use animal pak by universal... but all those pills were harsh on my stomach even when taken after a large
breakfast. not to mention they make ur breath smell if 2 take them twice a day

lately ive just been using shoprite brand multi 3 times daily
