What routine makes you feel amazing?

I've always loved chest days. Those are the days I feel my strongest and I get the most satisfying pumps. There is nothing like pumping up your chest and then going out to the pool.
 
Leg day always has me leaving with a huge sense of accomplishment. Chest, biceps, and calves makes me want to stay in the gym forever so everyone can see!
 
I do puke on leg days if it's hot enough in the gym (we don't have AC). So I'll frequently puke and it sucks, but once I recover and finish the workout, I feel like a million bucks

Yuck! Working out in a gym w/o AC?!?! I bet that smells pretty! lol
 
I would have to go with legs and back. Legs, cause like it was said earlier I know I have done work to them especially if they cramp too. And for back I just love when my back is pump to the fullest then hit a rear lat spread and see how wide I can get my back to be, Great feeling love it.
