Help me out a little guys
What would you eat after 20 months of diet, hard work and dedication, disapointments and glories.
My first option is Hamburguers at Food rockers and Cold Stone cookies adn cream icecream for dessert.
What else??? I will get fat like a cow... well, you know what i am talking about, you eat for 3 to 5 days and then you get sick of it and get back to normal.
Some people is trying to convice me to do the NY Pro but i cant, it was very tough this last 3 weeks for the Orlando Europa Show and i cant hold 3 more weeks for the Ny pro. Its been too much !!!!
I wake up at 4 am and train at 5:30 am the 1 hour cardio at 6:30 am and first meal at 7:30 am, start with my first clients at 8 am till 12 pm, then i go home to take on hour nap grab my food for the rest of the day and go to the gym and start my second hour of cardio at 2;30 pm and then clients from 4 to 8 pm.....
After setting up everything for the next day i go to bed at 11 pm and weak up at 4 am again every day but saturdays and sundays when i wake up at 5:30 becouse the gym opens at 8a, and i only work till 12 and have the afternoon off to have a life with my wife and mother who is visiting.
So i just want to finish at the Orlando show and enjoy my mother and my wife and also take care of more clients.
