Right on.........Man my first cycle I ate and ate........I went from 175 to about 240 my first year of cycling. I drank met-rx shakes all day long and back then they cost a fortune......I ate tons of chicken, tuna (yuk), eggs (mainly the whites with a couple yokes) , rice, pork chops, steak, and I am a big avacado junkie.......Love it regardless of the fat content.
I also trained like a mad man. I trained hard even on my least motivated days. It was a biblical experience of sacrifice and the ultimate in dedication. BB, is the most dedicated lifestyle not to mention very difficult which is why very few people achieve what guys like presser have.
