I have for the last 4 years. I almost don't mind to much. New Years is amature hour imo. a bunch of people that don't normally go out and drink go out and get hammered.

2 years ago this girl I was kinda seeing on the side called me up crying needing a ride home saying her friends abandoned her blah blah blah. I picked her ass up at 3am. turns out the guy she went out with that she was gonna smash got to drunk and threw up in the cab. that's why she wanted to leave. oh well. like I said, "that's what the 2 for $20 at Chili's will get you" :laugh:

I'll be celebrating by going to eat traditional Japanese food with family on my wife's side, then we'll watch the stuff that they broadcast every year like the ball going down at Times Square, then when midnight hits, we take out an air horn and blast it outside the door (those things are loud—I can never hear for a few minutes afterwards, lol).

I don't know what kind of shape I'll be in for New Years, but I'd like to hang out with Silk and a couple friends and just have a drink or two and chill somewhere A LONG WAY from where I currently live. Every year the hoodlums in the southside fire off thousands of rounds into the air. They come down a couple miles north and hit people and cars etc. Apparently they have enough left over from their Govt checks to buy a ton of ammo and fire it off. Must be nice
