Whats ur split

I'm new to this, however, I'll jump in to the discussion anyhow. I'm more interested in seeing some of the bigger guys splits. Good topic man.

Monday - Chest, Triceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Shoulders, Forearms
Thursday - Biceps, Triceps
Friday - Chest, Forearms
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Off

so... Mon-Fri, Sat & Sun off
 
mon-back,biceps,traps
tues-chest,shoulders,tri's
wed-legs
thur- back,biceps,traps
fri- chest,shoulders,tri's
1 hr cardio every day, abs every day
sat,sun off
 
My training week starts on Friday
friday back and traps, calves
sat is delts and chest
Sunday legs calves
Tuesday arms calves
Rt now with contest prep I'm doing cardio 6 days a week first thing in the morning for 40 min and I go up 5 min a week.
 
I like rotating my splits by not doing the same parts in the same days. I like doing arms about every 5 and 7 as an example.
 
I rotate it based on feeling but I've got 6 days of shit, chest/shoulders/back/arms/hams-calves/quads-calves. It never really falls on the same day from week to week

im in the gym atleast 3x a week and make sure i do major muscles. as far as days go nothing is set i really try to go 4 or 5 times a week whatever day i can and never 4 days in a row pushing weight i need to rest. the most important for me its make sure i get majors once a week and enough rest but im not hardcore BBer like some of the guys here

Everyone's different, it's all on what your body can handle and is used to
