morter and pestel, crush them up into a fine powder. a glass one should create a finer powder than ceramic.

I am still waiting on a reply for the exact instructions, if i dont get them by tomorrow am, i will post as i remember.

i would say honestly with the shampoo and then the minoxidil foam after i shower, about a month, it started off as little tiny fuzz and it has gotten a little longer and thicker i dont think i will ever fill in the MPB but if it just grows in a little i am happy, but as i have stated before i think it would have saved my hair if i had it years earlier.

cool. Funny, went to a old website where I could get all the stuff and it was shut down. The guy running
it was being busted by the FDA for selling non approved stuff. (Dr. Lee, in his 70's I think)

ok hear goes i have to do this by memory my buddy only has it on paper and is out of town.

This can be done in larger quanities by adjusting the amount of everything.

take 50ml of Nizoral 2% pour it into an empty/clean shampoo bottle.
put 4 - 100mg spironalactone tabs into the mortar and crush them up into a fine powder,
squeeze 2 tubes of azelic acid (15gm) into a seperate bowl, place in microwave for about 30 seconds then pour the powder from the tabs into the cream (now a solution) stir, place back in the microwave for another 20 seconds stir, then add that into the shampoo bottle and shake vigorously,

*I chose to add 10mg finesteride to mine as well (not sure it's useful as a topical) and i added about 15 ml of minoxidil these were not normally used. If adding finesteride be sure not to let your lady use it or get it on her it can cause birth defects.

the product will seperate if left to sit a while so you need to shake it before every use, i find it works best if used every 3rd day or every other day, i tried it everyday but didnt notice any differance other than going through it faster and dont get it in your eyes it will BURN.

looking to put together and try this stack. Anyone have a site I could get all the products? I have found them
but have to hit 3 sites. Any help appreciated.

exact recipe i used.

Empty 50ml of the shampoo into a bowl, microwave for 20 secs
crush 1 gram of spironolactone tabs (1 pakcage of the 100mg tabs) into a fine powder, and mix into the warm shampoo.
microwave again for 20 secs
add in 1 tube of the azelaic acid cream and stir
mircrowave for 15 secs
add in 50 more ml of shampoo
wait a moment, then microwave again for another 15 seconds.
stir

use this in the shower EOD. Wash with regular shampoo first, then put the mixture on for about 5 minutes and rinse. Do not get in your eyes, as it will BURN.

get the generic minoxidil foam if you do.. its cheaper and not greasy. now 85% seems a bit high.

I suggest go the route that Hollywood is taking now. New thing. Get a Cashmier sweater that closely matches
your hair color. Cut off a peice the size you need and use double sidded tape to put in place.
Now the trick is to not get to close to other people. Keep your distance and you should be fine.
Let us know how it works. ALSO, if you get a big sweater you will have hair for years.

LOL, thats a good one, but cashmier is pretty expensive.

went to costco today to get some and read the label. It sayd it only works on the "Vertex" which I found out is those guys that get that hole around the back of the head. It doesnt work for the front receding hairline which is what I got.
I wouldnt waste your money on rogaine if thats where your losing hair. Im going to try ketoconazole and spironolactone to the front and see.

i do the rogaine anyway and thats what i have i think it helps still
