Honestly I have no idea on how many cals im taking in right now...Because I eat until I go to sleep, so I might get in 6 meals or even 10 meals a day...It just depends, and honestly its not all clean cals either...Im eating some junk, just to get my cals up and put on more muscle...Might not be the best way, but I do have a super fast metabolism...
