Just curious what everyones weight is and how many cal's you eat to cut, bulk, or maintain? I thought about making a poll but it would be too hard to incorporate them all.
 
260 my brother! i used the elliptical for an hour today, heart rate in between 130 and 135. Machine said i burnt 685, but i think thats bs since it didnt ask for anything to calculate it.

Im pissed at the wife though, feel like getting drunk and banging a hoe. So knock that back to zero since ill be knocking back some jacks and coke tonight.
 
lol what about calories son? that was the main factor of the question we already have a how much do you weigh thread im trying to a step further, what do you keep the cals out when buiking cutting or maintaining.
 
202 lbs. I try to eat around 5500-6000 cals /day, but its soo friggin hard
 
Honestly I have no idea on how many cals im taking in right now...Because I eat until I go to sleep, so I might get in 6 meals or even 10 meals a day...It just depends, and honestly its not all clean cals either...Im eating some junk, just to get my cals up and put on more muscle...Might not be the best way, but I do have a super fast metabolism...

Norm I agree about the elip. I use to do 25 minutes and burn 700 cals. I kid you not. I was running around 245 revs a min. and a pretty decent resistance. Before you say bs I use to run distance and had a 17 minute three mile. I looked like a cartoon character. You guys are gonna laugh at this, but my maintain cal intake is 2500 cals. I have a sucky metabolism. I am on synthroid from hoshimotos and have been for many years. My thryoid crashed several years back. I gain weight looking at sugar.
 
I really think i need to get my thyroid checked 2. I can seriously eat nothing, do an hour of cardio every day and not loose a pound.
 
They discovered mine was crap when I was having anxiety really bad. That is a sign and I also gained close to 40 pounds in a month with no caloric increase. I looked like a blimp at 250. 40 inch waist was pretty sad.
 
that sucks JT i have slow metabolism too. Once i get down to decent bodyfat range i can stay there pretty easily though and put on size. Its just getting back down there after letting myself blow the fuck up lol. I think your just like me normy its just hard as fuck to lose but easy to gain size. Im personally happy to diet harder and work harder to lose the fat and have an easier time putting on muscle.

but i dont have problems with anxiety. Im actually pretty stable.-and im on tren a lot. The only thing i get is a outrageous horny level if i go above 500mgs of test per week. I dont even get that mean.
 
down to around 2600 cals now weight is coming off great i just had no idea i had so much to lose :(. Once i get down to around 230 i should be around 13% or so then ill prob order some goodies :).
 
This morning when I first work up I weighed 186lbs balls in hand. Yesterday I ate just over 5000 calories, all clean. I am trying to bulk up though. Eating that much is exhausting, I'm always so full I just want to lay down...haha. Hoping my body gets used to it quick. It does seem to be working though, since last week I've put on 5 lbs and I still look just as lean...
 
good for you bro keep it up. Id love to say it will but eating 5k cals clean is gonna be tough no matter what lol. Keep it up this is what its all about though.
 
Yeah, as much as it sucks during some parts of the day where I force food down, between all the calories and the NO I just started taking, my lifts have gone up and my pumps are much better when I hit the gym. :)
 
thats what makes it all worth it. Whats even better is when you have to buy new clothes it sucks cause of the money but rocks because of the results you know your getting.
