I'd like to know what time of the day everyone takes thier IGF-1. I was thinking Lunchtime and PWO would be good, any thoughts on this. I work out in the evenings.
I do it befor workout also because its more convenient. I train at night. If i had my igf1 in the morning or the afternoon, by night time some of its effects are over. In any case, the Igf1 also gives you a boost for the first 1-2 hours, so I prefer to take it 30 minutes before my workout.
Believe me, this is the best stuff I have tried in my bodybuilding life.
