Ive done delts, bi's, tri's, glutes, calves and quads. Does anyone do the tear drop on the reg? I pinned there (primo) on my very first cycle, and it was sore!!! Never went back again, but im kinda running out of areas. I dont ever do glutes, because my ass swells up like a J-lo ass
