Actually that's me, am alittle bit gettin my human body back, it happended when i used the magic portion my grandma made me, a while back i still have it in my system, milk thistle is not helping at all with detoxing the portion..LOL!!
 
lets be serious fellas. this is a BODYbuilding site, no one is looking for face pics.(although i am clearly the most handsome on here) lets see the muscles, and if you are jacked and your face gets on here, im sure it wont be the first time someone associates you and drugs.

I would like to appologize, I had no intentions of hijacking this thread.

I personally think it would be a good idea if we as mods all posted pics of ourselves. We did have that a couple of years ago and it seemed to be pretty cool.

So how's about it press? All mods a required to submit pics?

Furthermore, I am now stepping down as a moderator. Just playing here.

But I whole-heartedly agree that people should know what (not who) they're getting their advice from.
 
jaywooly- way to step up brother! im pretty curious. i think it a much better site if people had an idea of who they were dealing with. any board for that matter. it would also give the bros who are giving advice a better idea. start posting some pics!

Its just theres alot of site reps and mods that dont have even body pics posted.
I personally like to know that the people I am getting advice from are knowledgeable and living the lifestyle.

Current pics of 196lbs. tomarrow. OPPS I'm not a rep or mod though. Just looking I did notice it doesn't say newbie though. CHEERS. Looking for 203lbs. by the end of next week. Then a first REAL run in April, May, June. Reckon then I'll have to stop eating so much.

Thanks, I'm working on a back like yours. Seems most everything I do for back ends up pumping my arms up and I don't feel my back pumped (except deads which I hate).

The only credit I have really is over 7,000 calories a day, tons of rest, and heavy lifting. I'm fortunate now that the snows on the ground. In the summer I'll be running up and down a ladder all day. Picking up alot of fat but I think the muscle gain with it will be worth it when I eventually diet down.
