Thanks, I'm working on a back like yours. Seems most everything I do for back ends up pumping my arms up and I don't feel my back pumped (except deads which I hate).
The only credit I have really is over 7,000 calories a day, tons of rest, and heavy lifting. I'm fortunate now that the snows on the ground. In the summer I'll be running up and down a ladder all day. Picking up alot of fat but I think the muscle gain with it will be worth it when I eventually diet down.
