who does bis and tris same day

I don't varie my routine, might be a mistake, but I do them both the same day. I wish the pumps would stay. Gives me some inspiration though I guess. maybe some day I'll be not so skinny! maybe I should change my signature to twig Man.

lately I have been doing both, I work Tris and Chest monday, Back and Bi's Tuesday and Then Bi's and Tri's again together on Friday. I am trying to make this my arm cycle LOL.
