if this is your first time...i would say 2iu's morning, 2 iu's evening...most i ever run is normally 6iu's at a time (3 mor, 3 night)
looks good overall...run for a longer peroid of time, to get best results...
If you are an older guy or girl splitting up your gh is good as your body does produce less of it's own when you age but if you are younger there is no need to split it up.
So you would take the whole dose in the morning?
There seems to be plenty of protocol opinions about when to take it but from now on I will try taking it prior to my WO. I had been taking before bed time and have stopped seeing a lot of positives a long time ago. Do you think by injecting differnt time may jump start me again?If you are a male under 40 then yes. If you are precontest take immediately before your am cardio then first meal. I always take mine (4 ius) like that on off days. On training days I do not take it first thing in the am I take it 45minutes to an hour prior to my training.
I think it is a waste to use any at night. Your body releases it's own gh then. I always use mine first thing in the morning. I can only afford to run it the 20 weeks before a show, so that is all that I ever do. Works great for holding onto muscle precontest.

gh is gh in my opinion. i dont have unlmited funds so i often use blues. i have used almost all gh out there, a good number to say the least and i dont feel one kind is far superior than another. blues are often the cheapest out there, anywhere between 160-190 dollars a kit is normal. anything more than that would be a rip off for blues.
as for taking gh during pre contest, those who have done it you say its definately worth it? JENN..i know you said you ONLY take it pre contest yes? im sitting on 7 kits right now im 13 weeks out and i was gonna save them for off season but i may jump on them while dieting if you guys really think it helps
as far as 'when' to take it. i usually do mine 30 mins prior to work out. off season ill do my gh (all at once IM method) 30 min prior to workout and ill hit my slin (IM method as well) 15 mins prior to workout and then my igf-1 (IM method) post workout
Do any of you use T3 or T4 with your GH? If so what dosage have you found works well?
Chris when you say eat nothing, would that include a small protein shake w/water? I was kicking around trying mine before I run at 4:30AM w/only a 20 grams of whey in me, some coffee and NO Explode. My goal is fat loss, esp. my abs as they are whats keeping me from being onstage.Morning or middle of the night is best time to take hgh, IMO... I think when your blood sugar is lower, GH works better overall (for fat loss)...Now im not sure, if eating carbs when you take GH will minimize effects. but I do notice when I take it in the early morning, and eat nothing do cardio, I lean up ALOT that week. So that is the way I take it now...
