I can DB incline more than I can DB flat press?


hmm is this same for your BB flat and incline?..if a person lats are lagging in strength,but have strong shoulders,its possible for incline to be stronger than flat..

Conditioning. You’ve simply conditioned yourself through repetition. If you did flat for a few weeks, you would level out.

I too DB bench more incline, however I barbell bench more flat than incline.

Sometime it’s due to muscle imbalances but this is clearly NOT the case with you.
