Time off
On cycle alot of bodybuilder's beleive that you don't have to take days off b/c the gear greatly increases cell volumization and protein synthesis, hence decreasing recovery tiime needed. Your workout time will greatly increase with the gear and days you actually need off will actually decrease. I have been in the gym for a few hours hitting the Iron hard without the slightest muscle fatigue while on the juice, but I make myself leave b/c I realize at the same time, a five hour workout isn't good for you.
I have learn over the years that taking 2 days off every two weeks works while on the gear with the high intesity workouts you are putting your body through. You will notice with your days, you will come back stronger and bigger than when you don't take a day off. When you sleep and take those much needed days off, this is when you grow. It is a simple bodybuilding fact. So if you want to grow to your maximum potential, which I assume you do...take some days off Iron Bro...
I am glad I could be of assistance to you and anything else I can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask.
I LOVE THE IRON!!!
