will you take days off from training when you on? i have never off since i started my cycle 8 week ago.i am thinking of take few days off.and also, will you train when you off cycle and during pct?

It really depends on what you are using. I know of fina users that work each muscle every 2 days nonstop for 2 months at a time if they are also using deca or equipoise.
If you are tired or your tendons are falling behind your muscles then you should take a long break as burnout and exhaustion induced injury are among the worst psychological impediments to overcome when trying to get back into the groove later in your fitness regimen.

You work out every day without a day off? Most people take anywher from 1-3 days off per week. It would really depends on how hard and how often you a hitting each muscle, rather then number of days in the gym.

Time off

On cycle alot of bodybuilder's beleive that you don't have to take days off b/c the gear greatly increases cell volumization and protein synthesis, hence decreasing recovery tiime needed. Your workout time will greatly increase with the gear and days you actually need off will actually decrease. I have been in the gym for a few hours hitting the Iron hard without the slightest muscle fatigue while on the juice, but I make myself leave b/c I realize at the same time, a five hour workout isn't good for you.

I have learn over the years that taking 2 days off every two weeks works while on the gear with the high intesity workouts you are putting your body through. You will notice with your days, you will come back stronger and bigger than when you don't take a day off. When you sleep and take those much needed days off, this is when you grow. It is a simple bodybuilding fact. So if you want to grow to your maximum potential, which I assume you do...take some days off Iron Bro...

I am glad I could be of assistance to you and anything else I can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask.

I LOVE THE IRON!!!

WTF? I'm on plenty of stuff and I work my ass till the point of failure, and sometimes sickness...lol

My workouts last about 1.25 hours and I work out 3x per week...that's enough for me.

i only lift 3xweek too, i know i couldn't recover from lifting everyday with how intense i lift. i just took all last week off to get over some shit and regroup.

The longest I will hit the Iron now, while on gear is maybe 90 minutes, if it is high intensity. I have sometimes pushed to 2 hours on a good day, when I was having trouble reaching muscle failure. Bottom line is you have to give your body time to recover.

No problem Hongkong, Thank you for calling Muscle Chemistry your home.
