Im 20 years old and currently playing sport at university level. I Play football twice a week, Badmington once a week and train at the gym inbetween. Previously vists to the gym have been infrequent but i am no novice, and throughout the course of the summer i will be training regularly between 3-4 times a week and i have recently purchased 50mg winstrol tabs.
I have researched winnies throughly, often finding mixed messages on different sites/forums but ultimately I am looking to find out;
what sort of training will increase the effects of winstrol?
what am I best to eat whilst training?
when is the best time to take them?
and is there anything more i should know before i start?

What type of training are you doing ? How do you eat now ?

Ofcourse you could just do a bodybuilding type of routine splitting up your body 3 or 4 ways, and just hit everything over the week just once...I would focus on compound movements that hit more than one bodypart at a time...What are your goals with the winny ?

As for eating I need to know what your eating now ? then I can give you a good run down on what you should change up ...

I wouldn't run winnie alone bro. I don't know what sport you play competitively but you need to know it will dry your joints or at least it does in most folks. Im not trying to be a jerk but at 20 you probably shouldn't be running gear. Your test levels are still through the roof right now. I just dont want to see you use something that isn't necessary. Winnie isn't something to play with bro. What ever decision you make do more research especially on the sides of the drugs. Hope that helps bro. Like I said Im not trying to rain on your parade but just don't want to see you hurt yourself.

Bump that big time. Winny is the LAST thing you want when trying to play competitively unless you really want a detached tendon or something like that. Not all steroids do the same thing in results, and they often have different sides. At your age, I would leave the steroids out of it and try to get as big as possible naturally--which you can do easily. Don't underestimate the power of food as an anabolic.
 
Winny is an awesome drug, but should be left for competitive bb'rs. Someone should give this kid the heads up on MC's IGF, he would probably see more results with that, than running a cycle of Winstrol with no androgen with it. Just my .02

Good point. Igf would be a good alternative. You would def. lose bf and sounds like it would do exactly what you are looking for.
