Im 20 years old and currently playing sport at university level. I Play football twice a week, Badmington once a week and train at the gym inbetween. Previously vists to the gym have been infrequent but i am no novice, and throughout the course of the summer i will be training regularly between 3-4 times a week and i have recently purchased 50mg winstrol tabs.
I have researched winnies throughly, often finding mixed messages on different sites/forums but ultimately I am looking to find out;
what sort of training will increase the effects of winstrol?
what am I best to eat whilst training?
when is the best time to take them?
and is there anything more i should know before i start?
