So I haven't been as active as I usually am on the boards lately, but I am still busting my ass in the gym everyday. Here are some updates on my progress. The first pics are from May 08 at 185, the second set is from July 08 at 182, the third pic is cut down in May 09 at 173, the forth is bulked in July 09 at 210, and the final is from a few days ago Aug 09 at 190.
