yohimbe is the raw extract or bark of the yohimbe tree which is found in Africa.

Yohimbine is the processed chemical from the yohimbe bark.

Yes both forms have been used in thermos, however the real deal with yohimbe is for it's use in acheiving erections. If I am not mistaken yohimbe and it's extracts have been banned.
