Your last blood pressure readings.

Im just curious to see what some of these are. When my top number gets in the 150 range I get headaches so I will probably never run anything like dbol or tren. I ran eq once at 600 and had some issues. I have a feeling some of these are gonna be pretty sick.
 
Everytime i go to the doctors which has been wuite often this past year atleast once a month i have been going for my knee problem, and my blood pressure they telm me perfect! My physician makes it a point to tell me because he says he is surprised how perfect my bp always is because he knows i take supplements that he thought would raise my blod pressure like ephedrine eca stacks, but im always spot on! Thankfully
 
I was blessed with naturally low blood pressure. Mine is usually around 110-115 over 60-65. I think ideal is like 120/70 so I'm just a little below that. Lucky I suppose.
 
Yep your ideal is on the nose. Hey nuk what did yours hit or is it hitting from all that eq. I can't imagine.
 
Just remember your "top number" systolic is the pressure of the left ventricle pumping to get blood through to the body, so with "supps" the blood can get more viscous or thicker so its like running maple syrup trough a hose, if you keep the same pressure it will maybe trickle out , but if you increase pressure in your hose(hahaha) the syrup will run out like water, but you need a bigger pump to supply the pressure increase. The lower number is the pressure of the heart "at rest" pushing the blood around the heart and to the lungs. This one is a bit more to look at. But save the physiology, you definitely dont want to not be able to move the blood properly at rest. SO we look at the top number as slighly less problematic as the bottom...but there's a whole different story when we get numbers like 160/80 then 180 over 80. we don't want increasing pulse pressure either. In summary , I would say in my opinion if for 8 weeks your pressure is up 150/90 or so and you luckily eat right and have no blockage you should be ok. When supps stop and it goes to 120-30 / 60-80, you'll be right. The problem is when bbers like us have a 150/100 or 160/90 and squat..now our blood pressure skyrockets for a set and could cause damge..I could go on forever..now i am not making sense anymore. just keep weekly readings at the same time with the same eqipment(right size cuff) and average the readings over 4 or 5. The AHA is trying to get the BP numbers down as normal so 120/70 won't be perfect anymore. Hope this helps some. Tryin to keep it as layman as possible

Lipids were ok. Bad cholesterol was good, good cholesterol was bad.

Currently on IGF-1 LR3 gopin on 3 weeks. Bloodwork done @ 2 weeks.

I'm scheduled to do an H-drol cycle in about 5 weeks. Certainly, my bp will go to 142/90. That's just how that ish goes.
 
Mine has been 120/70 on 350 prop. cholesterol needs to be checked soon. I usually get a workup every three months and its time.
 
Can't remember what my numbers were, better go have it checked again though I'm pretty sure it was in the 138/90 range.
 
I went to the doctor yesterday and they checked mine. 100/60. Healthy as a horse. Probably the best shape I've ever been in my whole life actually. :)

Went to the Dr Wednesday to get the Blood test results and make sure all is in order and it was 126/76. Only thing Doc commented on was my red blood cell count was high. He said nothing to worry about, but just a bit high. So all and all I am happy and fit.
 
went to rite aid this morning and I got a reading of 159/101! Wow, must be the dbol
