I eat around 6 to 7000 cals a day. Lots of fish and chicken, but mass amounts of red meat. Brown rice, white rice, wild rice are my main source of carbs with my clean meals. I eat 2 whatever I feel like meals a day. Pizza, cheeseburgers, Mexican food, you name it. I have such a fast Metabalism it fckn insane!!!! If most people ate as much and like I do, they would be 300lbs.
